Having previously worked as a barista in another cafe, I have a good understanding of the basics of coffee making. I can operate an espresso machine and grinder with ease. I also have practical experience in frothing milk properly, making various types of coffee (e.g. espresso, latte, cappuccino, Americano, etc.), and providing prompt and courteous service to customers. My focus on work and the mentality of serving customers with a smile even under pressure help me succeed in this job. I believe that my previous experience and my desire to constantly learn new things about coffee will contribute to maintaining the quality of your cafe and achieving customer satisfaction.
