Hiring: Flower Shop Manager We are looking for a responsible and organized person to manage our flower shop. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations and supervise staff. • Implement management instructions and coordinate between the owner and employees. • Handle customer orders and resolve concerns. • Deal with suppliers and follow up on purchases and deliveries. Requirements • Shop management experience, preferably in flowers and gifts. • Knowledge of flower suppliers and negotiation skills. • Ability to communicate with Qatari customers in their local Arabic dialect. • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
