Requirements: • 7+ years experience in central or high-volume kitchens. • Hotel kitchen experience (4/5-star preferred). • Strong team leadership skills. • Experience in inventory management, cost control & waste reduction. • Product development experience (sandwiches & pastry). • Knowledge of SOPs & HACCP standards.
