Black Rose is hiring Female Barista in Qatar. Responsibilities: •Drink Crafting: Dialing in espresso, steaming milk for microfoam, and preparing manual brews with precision. •Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders via POS, and explaining menu flavor profiles. •Maintenance & Hygiene: Sanitizing equipment, cleaning steam wands, and keeping the station organized. •Management: Multitasking during "the rush" to ensure speed without sacrificing beverage quality. •Stocking: Managing inventory for beans, milk, and pastries, and prepping house-made ingredients. Requirements Priority Nationalities: Nepalese & Philippines. Experience: Minimum 2 years of Barista & experience is preferred. Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Location: Must be in Qatar with Visa/NOC Availability: Must be able to work in flexible shifts.
