Requirements: * A minimum of 5 years of experience in grilled foods and appetizers. * Proficiency in preparing all types of grilled dishes, including kebabs, lamb skewers, shish tawook, lamb chops, and mixed grills. * Expertise in preparing a wide variety of hot and cold appetizers, such as hummus, moutabal, tabbouleh, fattoush, and others. * Experience in marinating meat and chicken and preparing signature sauces for grilled dishes. * Ability to develop new menu items while maintaining consistent taste, quality, and presentation. * Strict adherence to hygiene standards and food safety regulations. * Ability to manage the grill and appetizers section and work effectively as part of a team.
