Full-Time Civil / Site Engineer Required for a Real Estate Development & Contracting Company in Qatar. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and executing residential villa projects in Qatar * Proven experience handling turnkey villa projects from excavation to handover * Strong experience in finishing works, site management, and subcontractor coordination * Ability to obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and manage procurement * Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, scheduling, and site execution follow-up * Proficient in AutoCAD * Familiarity with Municipality, QCDD, and Ashghal procedures is preferred * Qatari driving license preferred Industrial, warehouse, or hangar-only experience will not be considered.
