Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Foreman / Site Supervisor to manage interior fit-out, decorative works, and carpentry projects. The ideal candidate will supervise site activities, lead teams, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects safely and on schedule. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage carpenters, painters, and decor workers on site. * Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. * Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower. * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. * Ensure high-quality finishing and workmanship. * Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. * Maintain safety standards and site discipline. * Prepare daily progress reports and material requirements. * Inspect completed work and resolve site issues efficiently.
