Position: Floor Supervisor (Supermarket / Retail) Location: Qatar We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, lead section teams, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & SOPs: Oversee staff attendance, scheduling, and standard workplace etiquette. Develop, implement, and maintain store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Section Allocation & Performance: Assign dedicated sections to floor staff, ensure team accountability, and foster regular staff engagement and feedback/evaluations. Inventory & Merchandising Management: Conduct routine shelf audits to monitor stock levels, stock rotation (FIFO), and identify Fast-Moving, Slow-Moving, Non-Moving (Dead), Damaged, and Near-Expiry items. Stock Replenishment & Sales Push: Track short stock/out-of-stock items for immediate reordering, and strategize promotional offers for slow-moving inventory in coordination with purchasing.
