Job Description: UpgradeMade is looking for an experienced ELV & Automation Technician to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, terminating, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining ELV and smart automation systems for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure CCTV cameras, NVRs, and related equipment. Install and terminate CAT6/CAT6A network cables, data sockets, patch panels, racks, switches, and Wi-Fi access points. Test network cables and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Install speakers, amplifiers, and multi-room audio systems. Install and connect intercom and access-control systems. Install smart switches, sensors, thermostats, curtain motors, control panels, and automation modules. Assist with the installation and commissioning of KNX, Zigbee, Tuya, and other automation systems. Read technical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams. Perform cable pulling, labeling, termination, testing, and documentation. Identify technical faults and complete repairs efficiently. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other site teams. Follow company procedures and site safety requirements.
