Description
Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits. Follow up on quotations, contracts, payments, and project progress. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure excellent customer service. Resolve client inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service (Fit-Out or Construction industry experience is preferred). Fluent in English, both spoken and written.. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Personal Attributes Professional appearance and attitude that reflect the company's image. Customer-focused with a professional attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
