Requirements: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally Target-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Good computer knowledge Valid QID with (preferred) Responsibilities: Contact customers to recover outstanding payments. Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve overdue accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
