Express Fix – Home Maintenance & Decorations WLL is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage interior fit-out and civil works at various sites. * Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to specifications and schedule. * Prepare estimates, quantity take-offs and material requirements. * Coordinate with clients, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers. * Monitor workmanship, materials and site progress. * Prepare site reports and update management on project progress. * Ensure proper coordination between different trades and teams. Requirements * GCC experience in fit-out/civil works is required. * Valid Qatar Driving License. * Good knowledge of interior fit-out works, finishing and renovation. * Experience in estimation and quantity take-off. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple sites and teams. * Good knowledge of MS Office and basic estimation-related software. * Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
