Job Title: Childrens Programs Specialist (Indoor Playground) We are seeking a creative and energetic Children Programs Specialist to design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities within our indoor playground. This role focuses on creating a well-rounded program that combines fun, creativity, and early childhood learning to enhance children overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and implement a structured schedule of daily and weekly children activities Design and lead interactive programs such as arts and crafts workshops, sensory play, storytelling, and early learning activities Create engaging experiences that support children cognitive, social, and motor skill development Adapt activities to suit different age groups and developmental levels Prepare materials and set up activity areas in a safe, organized, and visually appealing manner Supervise and actively engage with children during activities to ensure a fun and safe environment Monitor children participation and respond to their needs with care and enthusiasm
