Description

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and required standards. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas. Monitor food stock and inform the supervisor when supplies are needed. Follow food safety and sanitation regulations. Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations. Qualifications & Requirements Experience in a hotel, resort, or restaurant located in beach is preferred. Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Chef or Cook. Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Food safety/hygiene certification is an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required.
