Description

Job Summary: The Carpenter / Door Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, installation, and finishing of doors and related carpentry works using both traditional and advanced machinery such as CNC machines and vacuum lamination equipment, ensuring high-quality output based on technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: Fabricate wooden and/or engineered doors according to drawings and specifications Operate CNC machinery for precision cutting, shaping, and drilling of components Operate and manage vacuum lamination machines for door finishing and surface application Read and interpret technical drawings and production instructions Assemble door components including frames, panels, hinges, locks, and fittings Ensure accurate measurements, alignment, and finishing quality Perform installation and repair of doors as required Conduct quality checks throughout the production process Maintain machines, tools, and work area in clean and safe condition Report machine issues or material shortages to supervisor Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as carpenter / door fabricator Hands-on experience with CNC machines and vacuum lamination systems
