We are looking for an experienced and highly competent Logistics Supervisor & Business Developer to join our company. The candidate must meet the following requirements and have the following skills and capabilities: 1. Ability to bring in and secure contracts and new business opportunities. 2. Strong and extensive network of contacts in the transportation and logistics sector. 3. Ability to recruit and hire drivers and manage their affairs. 4. Experience in fleet management and operations, including monitoring vehicles and drivers. 5. Ability to organize operations and monitor performance and operational costs. 6. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 7. Ability to take responsibility, achieve company targets, expand the business, and develop new opportunities. 8. Sufficient experience in dealing with Qatar’s e-government systems, including issuing new visas, transfers, temporary /loan procedures, and the Ministry of Wage Protection System (WPS). 9.
