looking for a professional and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at our automotive service center. Requirements: Previous experience working in an automotive service center or workshop is mandatory. Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. Previous experience in customer service and automotive after-sales service. Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance, mechanical and electrical systems, and common automotive problems. Ability to use Workshop Management Systems / Automotive Service Software. Good computer skills and ability to accurately enter and manage customer, vehicle, and repair-order information. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to coordinate effectively between customers, technicians, and the service department. Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. Good command of English is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements. Open and manage repair orders through the workshop management system.
