Description

Hiring: Admin Assistant / Admin Officer We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and multitasking Admin Assistant to support office operations, project coordination, and documentation. Key Responsibilities - Prepare quotations, BOQs, and scopes of work - Assist in tender documentation and submissions - Prepare reports, presentations, and project documents - Maintain proper filing system (digital & physical) - Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence - Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and clients - Support invoicing, LPOs, and basic finance tasks - Follow up on pending tasks and project updates - Maintain and update company records and databases
