We are Looking for Admin HR coordinator for oil and gas sector Contract : one year (Renewable) Talented & Specialised in Admin works Administration of office works and employees Documentation of office files and project works Typing up formal letters, preparing reports, and taking meeting minutes Monitoring inventory, tracking usage, and ordering necessary office supplies and equipment Data Entry, Book keeping, taking care of executive schedules Talented & Specialised in HR works Managing daily operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries Employee relations Career counselling coordinating with HR Business Partners Administration of joining internees Scheduling presentations Implementation, Participate and assist in HR meetings Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical skills. Min Experience: 5 years relevant experience in Career development, career counselling, Succession Planning Skills and Competencies: excel, word and PowerPoint. Excellent written and oral communication in English. Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication
