I need an investor for my project. For the conditional investment amount will be paid at 10% guaranteed profit for each new month for one year, starting 6 months after the date the amount recieved from the investor. From the beginning of the second year onward, this monthly profit payment will be constant at 5% until the principal is repaid. There will be a legal agreement/contract between the two parties.
