Key Responsibilities 1. Villa Project Planning & Design Coordination Develop detailed project schedules, work programs, and execution plans for villa projects. Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure integration and buildability. Coordinate with consultants, designers, and clients on material selections and design details (finishes, joinery, kitchens, pools, landscaping). 2. Construction Execution & Site Management Oversee daily villa construction works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications. Monitor subcontractor performance, allocation, and material availability. Ensure all villa elements—structural, MEP, civil, and interior—are executed to luxury standards. 3.
