Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls. Clearly explain services, pricing, and available offers. Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings and sales. Follow up with new, potential, and existing customers. Achieve monthly sales targets. Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain customer and sales records and provide regular follow-up reports. Requirements: Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, with strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and target-driven skills.
