Responsibilities: Prepare and serve premium specialty coffee drinks following international standards. Demonstrate expert-level Latte Art skills. Perform daily calibration of grinders and espresso machines to ensure flavor consistency. Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with our brands luxury identity. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end specialty coffee shops. In-depth knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and extraction techniques. Strong communication skills (English is a must). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pristine workstation.
