Key Responsibilities: - Manage, set up, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns via Ads Manager. - Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, and CTR to maximize ROI. - Configure Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and handle Meta Business Suite. - Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate on short-form vertical video assets (Reels). - Track performance daily and build clear weekly reports. Required Profile: - 2+ years of proven success in paid advertising (Media Buying / Traffic Management). - Strong technical mastery of Meta Pixel and conversion campaign structures. - Data-driven mindset and highly proficient with tracking tools. - Creative thinking with a deep understanding of user psychology on social media.
