AV Technician - Events & Installation QDJ Company W.L.L. is looking for an AV Technician to join our events and technical installation team in Doha. This position is suitable for someone who already has basic practical experience with event sound, lighting and AV equipment and is willing to develop further with our experienced team. Main responsibilities: - Installation, testing and dismantling of AV equipment for events - Setup and operation of speakers, audio mixers and wireless microphones - Installation, addressing and testing of stage lighting and DMX systems - Basic lighting-console programming; Avolites experience is an advantage, but training can be provided - Assembly and dismantling of truss systems, lighting stands and related equipment - Cable installation, routing and proper equipment packing - Equipment preparation, testing and basic maintenance at the workshop - On-site technical support during events Requirements: - Previous hands-on experience in AV installation, event production, sound or stage lighting - Basic understanding of audio, DMX, signal cables and power connections - Willingness to perform physical installation and dismantling work - Ability to work resp
