Description

We are seeking chefs with extensive, proven experience in preparing and cooking traditional Qatari dishes (such as Majboos, Biryani, Harees, Madrouba, Salouga, and Makaronat Al-Tayyibeen). Candidates must demonstrate full proficiency in handling large quantities of meat for banquets—including preparation, butchery, seasoning, and cooking—for both lunch and dinner services. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and successfully fulfill large-scale orders.
