We have two identical apartments for rent in the Mansoura area. One is on the first floor and the other on the second floor, both with elevator access. Each apartment consists of three spacious rooms, including a master bedroom, a very large living room, three bathrooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning is included in the rent, but electricity and water are not (electricity and water meters are separate). Note: The area is located on a service road with all essential services available, and there is a children's park near the building.
