Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports. * Monitor cash flow and working capital. * Analyze food costs, inventory, and operational expenses. * Identify cost leakages, wastage, and unnecessary expenses. * Perform account reconciliations and financial reviews. * Monitor key financial and operational KPIs. * Analyze profitability and provide actionable recommendations. * Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. * Provide management with clear financial insights to support decision-making. * Conduct regular financial health checks and performance reviews.
