Your security deposit will be confiscated, and we, Mzad Qatar, reserve the right to take any legal measures it deems appropriate.

“Watch-list” is a list of the auctions you like to follow closely and get notified about in the MzadQatar app.

The acceptance price is the minimum price that a seller would be willing to accept from the buyer to end the auction, it is not disclosed to potential buyers.

You will be required to pay the percentage of the deposit amount in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, and Mzad Qatar reserves the right to take the necessary legal action.

If the acceptance price is not met, the seller is not required to sell the item, even to the highest bidder, the seller has several options, including: ● Declining all bids and re-auctioning the item ● Selling the item to the highest bidder. These offers are considered “Subject to Seller Approval.”

It depends on the type of product you purchased, as there are some products, a certain amount is calculated as an administrative fee added to the purchase amount, so you should read the product Bidding Terms & Conditions where all the information is available. For example, for the auction of parked cars by the Ministry of Municipality, 500 riyals and 100 riyals for Car Plates are calculated as administrative fees. At the same time, there are no administrative fees for the purchase of Mobile Numbers.

The starting price is the initial bidding price that buyers bid on, and MzadQatar decides it as a percentage of the acceptance price according to each category.

You must pay the full purchase amount within 24 hours, and in the event that the purchase amount is not paid, the insurance amount will be confiscated and any other amounts related to the product will be calculated according to the description for that.

This is very dependent on the item category since each category requires different verification papers but generally make sure to have a copy of your QID, Proof of purchase/ownership and any registration documents related to your item.

The Metrash App/Traffic Department transfer of ownership fee is paid by the buyer.

The seller must provide Mzad Qatar with an inspection report from the German International Inspection Center. If this is not submitted, the vehicle will be inspected by Mzad Qatar specialized team, and the seller has no right to object to the inspection result.

You can pay the value of the insurance through the Mzad Qatar mobile application so that the value of the insurance is calculated according to the product you want to bid on. You can complete the payment way electronically using one of the following methods (1) credit card or (2)Apple Pay or Google Pay Or deposit in cash at our office in Lusail area.

The cars shown are sold as is, so we advise you to visit the auction site to be able to preview the cars you want to buy.

Cars often do not have keys so we are unable to inspect these cars, so we recommend checking the cars at the auction site.

After paying the purchase amount, the Mzad Qatar team will provide you with all the necessary documents for registration, but it is necessary to have a valid ID card.

Yes, you can participate in the bidding on more than one car and buy it if you are the highest bidder.

No, you can return the vehicle and the buyer must move the vehicle outside the auction area within 48 hours from the date of payment.

Mzad Qatar team will contact you to clarify all the necessary steps to pay the purchase amount and receive the cars, in addition to assisting in providing the necessary papers to register them with the Traffic Department.

Yes, you must move the cars outside the auction area within 48 hours from the date of paying the purchase amount, otherwise, a fine will be charged for each day after 48 hours, estimated at 50 riyals per day

Yes, the buyer must register the car with the Traffic Department, unless you want to use it for scrap, provided that it does not violate the laws of the country.
