1. General Auction Rules
The auction is a public sale conducted through the Mzad Qatar app where the product is offered for sale to interested buyers and the auction is awarded to the highest bidder within the specified time period
Mzad Qatar has the right to extend the auction time if any bid is submitted during the last 5 minutes of the auction in which case the auction will be automatically extended by 5 minutes to allow others to bid
2. Seller's Approval
The bidder is aware that the auction does not necessarily mean transfer of ownership as the owner seller must agree to the price
If the seller does not agree the sale will not be concluded
The bidder will be notified of the seller's final decision within 3 business days of the auction closing date
3. Participation Requirements
All registration data and subsequent requirements must be fulfilled
The deposit amount at least 30% of the current bid value must be covered
The deposit amount can be refunded at any time unless it is the highest bid amount
4. Fees and payment
The winning bidder is obliged to pay the amount within 24 hours
Failure to pay will be considered a refusal to complete the purchase and Mzad Qatar has the right to
Confiscate the deposit amount
Resell the product at auction
Payment methods
Cash payment at the office up to QAR 50000
Bank transfer or deposit to the Mzad Qatar account
5. Transfer and delivery
The transfer and delivery takes up to 3 working days after full payment has been made
The successful bidder shall collect the purchased lots within forty eight 48 hours from the completion of all required procedures including payment settlement documentation verification and clearance of all applicable fees taxes and charges from the premises specified in the auction listing
Failure to collect the lot within this timeframe shall result in Mzad Qatar's right to dispose of or relist the item at its sole discretion and the bidder shall forfeit all rights to the item and any amounts paid with no entitlement to refund or compensation
