1. General Auction Rules
The auction is a public sale conducted through the Mzad Qatar app, where the product is offered for sale to interested buyers, and the auction is awarded to the highest bidder within the specified time period.
Mzad Qatar has the right to extend the auction time if any bid is submitted during the last 5 minutes of the auction, in which case the auction will be automatically extended by 5 minutes to allow others to bid.
2. Seller's Approval
The bidder is aware that the auction does not necessarily mean transfer of ownership, as the owner (seller) must agree to the price.
If the seller does not agree, the sale will not be concluded.
The bidder will be notified of the seller's final decision within (3) business days of the auction closing date.
3. Participation Requirements
All registration data and subsequent requirements must be fulfilled.
The deposit amount (at least 30% of the current bid value) must be covered.
The deposit amount can be refunded at any time unless it is the highest bid amount.
4. Fees and payment
The winning bidder is obliged to pay the amount within (24 hours).
Failure to pay will be considered a refusal to complete the purchase, and Mzad Qatar has the right to:
Confiscate the deposit amount.
Resell the product at auction.
Payment methods:
Cash payment at the office (up to QAR 50,000).
Bank transfer or deposit to the Mzad Qatar account.
Collection Period: Buyers must collect their purchased items within (3) working days from the date of payment.
Payment Release and Forfeiture of Refund Rights:

المزاد بيع علني يتم من خلال تطبيق مزاد قطر، حيث يُطرح المنتج للبيع للراغبين بشرائه، ويُرسى المزاد على أعلى سعر خلال المدة المحددة.
يحق لمزاد قطر تمديد وقت المزاد في حال تقديم أي عرض خلال آخر (5 دقائق) من وقت المزاد، حيث يُمدد المزاد تلقائيًا (5 دقائق إضافية) لتمكين الآخرين من المزايدة.
2. موافقة البائع
يعلم المزايد أن رسو المزاد لا يعني بالضرورة انتقال الملكية، إذ يلزم موافقة المالك (البائع) على السعر.
في حال عدم موافقة البائع، لا ينعقد البيع.
يتم إبلاغ المزايد بالقرار النهائي للبائع خلال (3) أيام عمل من تاريخ غلق المزاد.
3. متطلبات المشاركة
استيفاء جميع بيانات التسجيل والمتطلبات اللاحقة.
يجب أن يغطي مبلغ الاعتماد (30% على الأقل) من قيمة العطاء الحالي.
يمكن استرداد مبلغ الاعتماد في أي وقت ما لم يكن هو أعلى مبلغ مقدم.
4. الرسوم والدفع
يلتزم المزايد الفائز بسداد المبلغ خلال (24 ساعة).
في حال التخلف عن السداد، يعتبر ذلك رفضًا لإكمال عملية الشراء، ويحق لمزاد قطر:
مصادرة مبلغ الإيداع.
إعادة بيع المنتج بالمزاد.
طرق السداد:
الدفع نقدًا بالمكتب (حتى 50,000 ريال قطري).
حوالة أو إيداع بنكي لحساب مزاد قطر.
مدة الاستلام:
يجب على المشتري استلام المنتجات المشتراة خلال (3) أيام عمل من تاريخ الدفع.
تحويل الدفعة والتنازل عن حقوق الاسترجاع:
في حال عدم استلام المنتج خلال (3) أيام عمل، ستقوم مزاد قطر بتحويل مبلغ الدفعة إلى البائع.
وفي هذه الحالة، يفقد المشتري حقه تمامًا في طلب الاسترجاع أو تقديم أي مطالبة أو إلغاء البيع طبقا لحالة المنتج أو وجود اختلاف في وصفه.
إعادة عرض المنتجات غير المستلمة:
إذا لم يتم استلام المنتج خلال (7) أيام عمل، تحتفظ مزاد قطر بحقها في إعادة عرض المنتج للبيع دون إشعار مسبق.
ولا يحق للمشتري في هذه الحالة المطالبة بأي تعويض أو استرداد أو استبدال.or more than (7) working days, Mzad Qatar reserves the right to relist the item for sale without prior notice.
