1. General Auction Rules
The auction is a public sale conducted through the Mzad Qatar app, where the product is offered for sale to interested buyers, and the auction is awarded to the highest bidder within the specified time period.
Mzad Qatar has the right to extend the auction time if any bid is submitted during the last 5 minutes of the auction, in which case the auction will be automatically extended by 5 minutes to allow others to bid.
2. Seller's Approval
The bidder is aware that the auction does not necessarily mean transfer of ownership, as the owner (seller) must agree to the price.
If the seller does not agree, the sale will not be concluded.
The bidder will be notified of the seller's final decision within (3) business days of the auction closing date.
3. Participation Requirements
All registration data and subsequent requirements must be fulfilled.
The deposit amount (at least 30% of the current bid value) must be covered.
The deposit amount can be refunded at any time unless it is the highest bid amount.
Collection Period: Buyers must collect their purchased items within (3) working days from the date of payment.
Payment Release and Forfeiture of Refund Rights:
If the item is not collected within (3) working days, Mzad Qatar will proceed to transfer the payment to the seller.
In such cases, the buyer forfeits any right to request a refund, claim, or return based on the item’s condition or discrepancies in the product description.
Relisting of Uncollected Items:
If the item remains uncollected for more than (7) working days, Mzad Qatar reserves the right to relist the item for sale without prior notice.
The buyer shall have no right to compensation, refund, or replacement in this situation.
