- The auction is a public sale where a commodity is offered for sale through our application (Mzad Qatar) to those who wish to buy it and to whoever offers the highest price for it during the auction period specified by Mzad Qatar, after which the auction ends. Mzad Qatar has the right to extend the auction time for 5 minutes when any bidder place a bid in the last 5 minutes, so that other bidders can bid.

- The bidder acknowledges that the company shall not be responsible in any way for the vehicles presented on the platform, and the bidder also acknowledges that he does not have the right to communicate with the company after the completion of the sale process regarding the vehicle, including but not limited to (responsibility for the transfer of ownership, and the defects that may appear in the vehicle, etc.)

- The bidder's participation in the auction and bidding on the vehicles offered for sale through Mzad Qatar represents a public and explicit declaration by the bidder that he accepts to buy the auctioned vehicle in the condition announced by the seller through Mzad Qatar and that Mzad Qatar is not responsible for any defects, damages or malfunctions that may be in the car and the seller did not disclose them in the advertisement or that Mzad Qatar did not know of in any way.

- Before making a bid, the bidder may inspect the vehicle on display in the auction without moving it. By doing so, the bidder acknowledges their acceptance to purchase the vehicle in the condition announced by the seller through Mzad Qatar. It is important to note that Mzad Qatar auction will not be held responsible for any defects, damages, or malfunctions in the vehicle that were not discovered by the bidder during the inspection.

• The vehicle return application is submitted exclusively by following the procedures below:

- Bring the vehicle inspection from our authorized center only (International German) within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of transfer of ownership.
- The application is submitted through customer service (chat).
• Approval for vehicle return is granted only in the following cases unless mentioned otherwise in the above report:
- Presence of damage to the chassis (excluding any other parts related to the chassis) such as the chassis head or chassis bridges.
- The presence of a major engine malfunction prevents the vehicle from moving on the roads normally unless mentioned in the above report.
- Presence of a major malfunction in the transmission preventing the vehicle from moving on the roads normally unless mentioned in the above report.

- If a bidder doesn't request a vehicle inspection at its location, it means they are publicly and explicitly acknowledging that they are purchasing the vehicle in its current condition. This includes any defects, damages, or malfunctions that may be present, which the seller did not disclose in their advertisement, or that Mzad Qatar was not aware of in any way.

- The bidder knows and acknowledges that winning the auction is not sufficient for him to be entitled to the vehicle, but the owner (the seller) must approve the price at which the auction was awarded. If the owner of the vehicle does not approve, the sale will not take place and the vehicle will not be entitled to the bidder. The bidder is informed of the final decision of the seller within 3 days from the date of closing the auction.

- The bidder shall provide correct and accurate information and shall comply with any notices made by the company with regard to the services it provides to ensure that no operations carried out by the company are disrupted.

- There are 200 QR transferring fees that must be covered by the buyer.

- Mzad Qatar is not responsible for the validity of the provided report.

- The bidder, as a natural individual, taking into account the terms and conditions, has the right to request to join the auction by fulfilling the following requirements and after fulfilling the previous terms and conditions:

- The completion of all the data required during the registration process and all the subsequent requirements requested by the Company from the bidder.

- Your credit must cover at least 5% of the current bid price in order to start bidding.

- Your credit is secured, you can request refund anytime unless you are the highest bidder, also you can use it for another bidding.

- There are 600 QR management fees for Mzad Qatar in case of winning the auction.

- The winning bidder is committed to process and pay the bid amount within 24 hours. In the event that the winning bidder fails to pay the bid amount within the period specified above, the winning bidder is deemed unwilling to complete the purchase procedures and pay the amount, thus Mzad Qatar has the right to confiscate the deposit amount and resell the car in auction.

- In the event that the transfer of vehicle ownership from the Seller to the Buyer is delayed beyond the agreed-upon date, Mzad Qatar will refund the full purchase price to the Buyer. No penalties will be imposed on the Buyer for this delay. However, any applicable Mzad Qatar service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.

- The winning bidder is committed to receive the car within 24 hours after ownership transfer to avoid the parking additional fees of 100 QAR on each day of delay.


- The fees shall be paid through one of the following payment channels:

- Payment through the office in cash, provided that the amount does not exceed QR 50,000.

- Wire transfer or bank deposit to Mzad Qatar's account (Ask for Bank Details from the Help Button below).
