- The entry of any person in the auction is considered as a complete inspection of the real estate or commodities offered for sale, and the person accepts them as they are, in addition to being informed of all the terms and conditions of the auction.
Every participant in the auction must transfer a credit amount of 0.50% of the current bid price to have the right to start bidding.
