1. General Auction Rules
The auction is a public sale conducted through the Mzad Qatar app, where the vehicle is offered for sale to interested buyers, and the auction is awarded to the highest bidder within the specified time period.
Mzad Qatar has the right to extend the auction time if any bid is submitted during the last 5 minutes of the auction, in which case the auction will be automatically extended by 5 minutes to allow others to bid.
2. Vehicle condition and liability
Participation in the auction constitutes a public and explicit acknowledgment of the bidder's acceptance to purchase the vehicle in the condition declared by the seller.
Mzad Qatar is not liable for any defects or damages not disclosed by the seller or not brought to the attention of Mzad Qatar.
The bidder has the right to request to inspect the vehicle at its location before bidding.
The bidder may conduct the inspection personally, bring a qualified technician of his choice, or commission any approved inspection center or workshop to send an inspector to the vehicle's location to conduct the inspection.
In the event of an inspection, this shall be considered an explicit acknowledgment of acceptance of the condition of the vehicle.
If no inspection is requested, this shall be considered an explicit acknowledgment of acceptance of the vehicle as is, with all its defects or shortcomings.
Mzad Qatar is not responsible for the accuracy of any theoretical inspection provided, if any.
3. Seller's approval
The bidder is aware that the auction does not necessarily mean transfer of ownership, as the owner (seller) must approve the price.
If the seller does not approve, the sale will not be concluded.
The bidder will be informed of the seller's final decision within 3 working days of the auction closing date.
Some vehicles are listed as (Sells to First Bid), meaning the first bid is accepted. However, if a higher bid is received, the vehicle will be awarded to the highest bidder.
4. Transfer of ownership and delivery
The transfer of ownership to the buyer’s name will be completed within (2 business days) after full payment.
The buyer is responsible for the vehicle transfer fee of 200 QR.
Any additional requirements, expenses, or procedures that may be imposed by the relevant official authorities to ensure the validity of the transfer of ownership are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
After completing and officially documenting the above procedures, the vehicle will be delivered to the buyer at the location specified by Mzad Qatar.
In the event of a delay in the transfer of ownership by the seller, Mzad Qatar is obligated to refund the amount paid to the buyer after deducting the applicable service fees.
5. Participation Requirements
All registration data and subsequent requirements must be fulfilled.
The deposit amount must cover at least 10% of the current bid value.
The deposit amount can be refunded at any time unless it is the highest amount offered.
6. Fees and payment
A fixed administration fee of (600 QAR) is charged to the auction winner.
The winning bidder is obliged to pay the amount within (24 hours).
Failure to pay within the specified period will be deemed a refusal to complete the purchase. and Mzad Qatar has the right to:
Confiscate the deposit amount.
Resell the vehicle at auction.
Payment methods:
Cash payment at the office (up to QR 50,000).
Bank transfer or deposit to the Mzad Qatar account.
7. Disclaimer
The bidder acknowledges that Mzad Qatar is not responsible for vehicles after sale, including but not limited to:
Vehicle defects.
Responsibility for transfer of ownership.
The bidder has no right of recourse against the company after sale.
8. Reversal Process
After the vehicle ownership has been officially transferred to the buyer's name, the buyer has the right to inspect the vehicle within a maximum period of 24 hours from the time of receiving the transfer notification from the Matrash app.
Mzad Qatar has the right to use the inspection report submitted by the buyer when relisting the vehicle in the auction.
• A request to return the vehicle shall be submitted exclusively by following the procedures below:
- The buyer must obtain a vehicle inspection report exclusively from our authorized center (Kashf Vehicle Inspection Center) within a maximum period of 24 hours from the date of transfer of ownership.
- The request must be submitted via customer service (chat) from within the Mzad Qatar App exclusively and not through any other means of communication.
• The vehicle return request will be approved only in the following cases, unless otherwise stated in the above report:
- Damage to the chassis (not including any other parts connected to the chassis), such as the chassis head or chassis bridges.
- A major engine malfunction that prevents the vehicle from moving normally on the road, unless mentioned in the above report.
- A major malfunction in the transmission that prevents the vehicle from moving normally on the road, unless mentioned in the above report.
- The buyer is aware that if the vehicle is returned for any reason, the administrative fees and any other expenses paid, except for the price of the vehicle, are non-refundable.
- The buyer also expressly agrees that Mzad Qatar has the right to use and publish the inspection report for the vehicle covered by the contract, without any legal obligation or liability on the part of the company.
