Lead, manage, and develop the Sales & Leasing team to consistently achieve monthly and annual targets Design and implement effective leasing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives Oversee all commercial leasing inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, and corporate clients Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease and sales terms, and successfully close transactions Prepare, review, and ensure compliance of tenancy agreements in line with Qatar laws and regulations Develop and maintain a strong pipeline and database of corporate and individual clients
